Sorry, you never delete your TV.com account but, there is good news here, you can either anonymize it.
TV.com don’t allow users to delete their account, rather they bring out option to anonymize it.
According to their article on here: http://www.tv.com/tv-com-technical-support-board/how-do-you-delete-your-tv-com-account/topic/73856-238549/msgs.html, they made us understand that an account owned with them can never been deleted but can be anonymize.
